Friday 26th
Registration and Welcome Reception in
'The Hub at St Mary's'
in the Market Square.
6.30 pm - 8.30 pm
Drinks and Light Refreshments will be served.

Dinner is not provided and Members and their Consorts have the rest of the evening available to find dinner at a restaurant of their choice.
Saturday 27th
Annual General Meeting
09.30 - Tea and coffee
10.00 AGM Starts
Lichfield District Council Chambers
Frog Lane, Lichfield,
WS13 6YY.
Following the meeting a light lunch will be served prior to departing for optional tours.

To encourage discussion and debate about relevant matters concerning the Association Members are invited to submit agenda items for discussion using the brief form below, to be returned to the Secretary.
Please note, this should be
'no less than 60 days prior to the meeting'
Saturday Afternoon
Several local attractions are available and guests have the choice of;

Dress to Impress!
7pm for 7.30pm
Sunday 29th
09.30 Robing at the Guildhall, formal
Photographs and Procession to the
Cathedral (the procession is
promised to be quite memorable)
10.30 Eucharist Service in the Cathedral.
Return to the Guildhall for light refreshments and farewells.
Please support this Sunday morning event, it is an integral and vital part of the AGM weekend.
If Church is not for you, for any reason, please join in with the photographs and procession.
